Basic bookkeeping services are contracted at an affordable a fixed monthly rate and are based on the needs of each client.

  • Transaction Entry: All expenses, payments, bills, deposits, etc.

  • Account Reconciliation: Every account on the Balance Sheet reconciled monthly.

  • Monthly closing of books

  • Monthly financial reporting

Some basic add-on options:

  • Accounts Payable/Bill Payments

  • Accounts Receivable/Invoicing

  • Inventory

  • Payroll

Special Projects:

Special projects are not included in the monthly contract fee and are instead billed separately as a one-time project fee.
